A practitioner, not a generalist.

Bogdan began his career in the Financial Services audit practice of a Big Four firm, progressing from intern to experienced auditor through consecutive promotions while leading audit missions for banks, insurers and non-bank financial institutions.

He then joined the global operational risk centre of an international bank, testing SOX and key controls and challenging first-line control assessments — building deep expertise in SOX 404, internal controls and operational risk.

At a global technology company he led a team of twelve senior and junior auditors conducting fraud investigations with forensic techniques, coordinated risk remediation across Europe and international sales entities, and built compliance frameworks and KPIs for global teams.

Most recently, he has led the end-to-end delivery of a multi-country HCM implementation for more than 10,000 employees at a global pharmaceutical company — bringing a risk and compliance lens to data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.

Alongside his advisory work, Bogdan designs and delivers executive forensic audit programmes for CEOs, CFOs and senior professionals.
