1. Parties and scope

This website is operated by Kolanovschi Consulting Services, București, România. These terms apply to the online sale of self-study course packages (“Packages”). Consulting services and live training sessions are agreed separately on the basis of a proposal and contract.

2. The product

A Package is digital content (for example PDF, Excel and Word files) described on each course page. Packages do not include live sessions, individual consulting or certification unless explicitly stated.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the course page in the stated currency. Payment is made either online by card through the secure processor Stripe (we never store your card details) or by bank transfer to the account shown when you place the order. For bank transfers, the package is delivered once the payment is received. A tax invoice is issued based on the billing details you provide and sent by email.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, you receive a personal download link by email, valid for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@kcshub.com.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m), implemented in Romania by GEO 34/2014), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. You give this consent at checkout. If a Package is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix the issue or refund you.

6. Licence

The Package is licensed to you for your own personal and professional use, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the materials with third parties, or use them to deliver your own training. All intellectual property rights belong to Kolanovschi Consulting Services. For team licences, please contact us.

7. Liability

The materials are educational and do not constitute legal, tax or audit advice for any specific situation. For specific matters, please request a dedicated consultation.

8. Complaints and disputes

Send any complaint to contact@kcshub.com; we reply within 15 days. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC-SAL). Romanian law applies.
