Overview

A fraud risk assessment is the foundation of every credible anti-fraud programme — and one of the most frequently missing. This course walks through the full method: scoping, brainstorming fraud scenarios with process owners, rating likelihood and impact, mapping existing controls and deciding on residual-risk responses.

You will practise on a realistic company case and leave with a fraud risk register template and a heat map you can adapt immediately.

Who it is for

Internal audit, compliance and risk teams, finance managers and audit committee members.

What participants will be able to do

  • Run fraud-scenario workshops with process owners
