Overview

Internal reporting channels are now mandatory for many organisations in the EU, but receiving a report is only the beginning. This course covers the full lifecycle: intake and triage, confidentiality and protection from retaliation, investigation planning, evidence, interviews, conclusions and feedback to the reporter.

The content reflects the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937) and its transposition in Romania, and is grounded in practical investigation experience.

Who it is for

Compliance officers, HR and legal teams, internal auditors and designated reporting-channel owners.

What participants will be able to do

  • Design a triage process that is fast, fair and documented
  • Protect the reporter’s identity and prevent retaliation
  • Plan and run a proportionate investigation
  • Close cases with clear conclusions and feedback
