Leading Enterprise System Implementations (ERP / HCM)

From plan to hypercare — with data, testing and controls under control

Duration
1 day (7 hours)
Format
Live workshop · on-site or online
Level
Intermediate

Overview

Enterprise implementations fail in predictable ways: unclear governance, dirty data, rushed testing and controls left for later. Drawing on multi-country HCM delivery experience, this course gives project managers and business leads a practical playbook for every phase.

Topics include steering-committee governance, RAID management, data migration and reconciliation, SIT/UAT and parallel testing, cutover runbooks, hypercare — and building segregation of duties, security roles and audit evidence into the solution from day one.

Who it is for

Project and programme managers, HR/finance/IT leads and business stakeholders on ERP or HCM projects.

What participants will be able to do

  • Set up governance that surfaces risks early
  • Plan data migration with measurable reconciliation targets
  • Define test strategy and go/no-go criteria
  • Run a cutover and hypercare without surprises
